Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and agency name, collected when you sign up through Clerk, our authentication provider.
• Billing information:when you subscribe to a paid plan, Stripe collects and processes your payment details directly. We don't receive or store your full card number.
• Content you upload: photos, ship/port/ sailing tags, brand details, and other material you add to your library.
• Usage data: how you interact with the Service, such as pages visited and features used, which helps us fix bugs and improve the product.
• Marketing site signups: if you download a resource (like one of our industry briefs) from ondra.travel, we collect the email address you provide. This is a separate list from your product account, kept even if you never sign up for Ondra.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide the Service, including generating posts, pages, and emails from your photos;
• Process payments and manage your subscription;
• Send account, billing, and product-related communications;
• Send the resource you requested from our marketing site, and occasional related marketing emails;
• Maintain security and prevent abuse of the Service;
• Improve and troubleshoot the Service.

3. Marketing Emails

If you download a resource from our marketing site, we'll email it to you and may follow up with occasional related content, such as other briefs or product updates. We won't sell this list or share it outside the providers listed in the next section.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops future marketing emails immediately — it doesn't affect any product account you separately sign up for.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with the providers below only as needed to run the Service. Each processes data under its own privacy policy and security practices:

• Clerk: authentication and account management.
• Stripe: payment processing and subscription billing.
• Supabase: database and file storage for your account and content.
• OpenAI: generating captions, copy, and other AI-assisted content from your photos and prompts.
• Cloudinary: image hosting and processing.
• Resend: delivering transactional email (account, billing, and notification messages) and the marketing emails described in section 3.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use your uploaded content to train models on behalf of other customers.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the Service may not work correctly without them.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for a limited period in case you return, then delete it. You can request earlier deletion of your account and content by emailing us at hello@ondra.travel.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@ondra.travel and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

Ondra is a business tool intended for adults working in travel and hospitality. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app before they take effect.
